Subway: Take the number 6 train on the green line to 33rd street and Park Avenue. Walk north to 34th street, then go east on 34th street, the church is on your right, between Lexington and Third avenue.

Parking: Parking garage is located on Lexington Avenue, between 33rd and 34th streets. It is the second of two adjacent garages when driving southbound on Lexington Ave.

About the Speaker:

The founder of Orbis Ministries, Ken Fish is a native of the Los Angeles area and an honors graduate of Princeton University in History and Philosophy of Religion. He concentrated on the history of late antiquity and the early middle ages and on the writings of the early church fathers. He subsequently earned his Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary with emphases in biblical and historical theology and intercultural communications. Ken also holds an MBA in finance and strategy from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.

 

Ken has worked with parachurch ministries throughout his life, most notably for Vineyard Ministries International, where in the 1980s he was on staff with John Wimber working on the conferences that were the hallmarks of the early Vineyard movement. He has traveled extensively as a conference speaker, teaching on a wide variety of topics that includes: spiritual gifts; healing and deliverance; prophecy; spiritual formation and leadership development, and biblical exposition.

 

Ken also has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with Fortune 500 corporations where he specialized in financial management, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation. Ken has three children with his wife Beth and they reside in South Bay, Los Angeles, California.
